Refund Policy

No services provided through Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited are eligible for a refund.

Advance payments and account credits are not eligible to be refunded or transferred to alternate accounts.

Any and all fee disputes must be reported directly to Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited within thirty (30) days from the date the fee was originally incurred.

If this is deemed a valid Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited, and verified by our Terms of Service or AUP, by the financial institution that executes the reclaimed dispute.
